tribute to a loved one, family members often request that donations
be made to the Lynne Cohen Foundation in lieu of flowers or gifts.
If you would like to designate the Foundation to receive your loved
one’s memorial donations, please follow these simple steps:
Call us at (877) OVARY-11, we can send remittance envelopes to be distributed at your loved one's funeral or memorial service.
We can also send educational bookmarks about the warning signs and symptoms of ovarian and breast cancer.
If you're not able to receive remittance envelopes in time for your service or for those who cannot attend, please let family members and
friends know there are a number of ways they can make memorial donations:

The following language may be used for obituaries: “In lieu
of gifts, the family has requested that donations be made to the

The Lynne Cohen Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit
organization. All donations are tax deductible as provided by law.
